Duma Rent employs a large number of skilled and VCA certified service technicians, always at hand to assist you over the phone with any questions or problems you may have. They also ensure swift and efficient interventions throughout the country, so that your on-site work does not incur any delays in the event of a technical problem.
Technical questions or simple problems can often be solved by phone or via our helpdesk. In case of more serious problems, our intervention team immediately takes appropriate action. If a given part is not present in their well-equipped service car, our technical service will ensure that it is ordered immediately. In this way, we guarantee the high degree of operational reliability of our machines. Where quick repair is not possible, the machine can always be replaced.
If our schedule is full, or if in our opinion a given repair should be carried out by specific professionals, we will mobilise our external partners, so that your problems can be dealt with quickly and effectively.
The equipment is inspected at least once a year by a certified body (BTV, France Contrôle) and subjected to periodic maintenance at regular intervals to prevent technical problems or failures.
