Our technical team


Duma Rent employs a large number of service technicians, all of them experts in their respective discipline. In case of any problems, you can obviously contact us at all times and we will see to it that the rented equipment is repaired as soon as possible, so that you will not lose valuable time.

Our service technicians are all VCA certified and will try to help you straight away. If a given part is not present in their well-equipped service car, our technical service will ensure that it is ordered immediately. In this way, we guarantee the high degree of operational reliability of our machines. Where quick repair is not possible, the machine can always be replaced.

If our schedule is full, or if in our opinion a given repair should be carried out by specific professionals, we will mobilise our external partners, so that your problems can be dealt with quickly and effectively.

The equipment is inspected at least once a year by a certified body (BTV, France Contrôle) and subjected to periodic maintenance at regular intervals to prevent failures. We maintain excellent contacts with the manufacturers, so we can also provide suitable solutions in the short term.
